This luxury Villa is located at the very top of
the suburb, offering you stunning beach and sea views along with
majestic, romantic evening sunsets. This modern Villa, with a striking
linear design, was created to highlight the precious aspects of
both the mountain and the sea. With this in mind, it offers a wonderful
flow from the inside living areas to the outdoor patios, both front
and back. In the front, overlooking the whole of Camps Bay is a
glazed tiled patio that is highlighted by both, a deep blue rim
flow pool & sparkling outdoor jacuzzi spa bath, as well as other
spacious entertainment areas, both tiled and lawned. The rear of
the Villa enables one to walk on the wild side by simply stepping
off the fan cobbled terrace right onto the slopes of Table Mountain.
On entering the Villa through the plant lined entrance hall, you
will find a formal lounge with an open fire place, living room,
dining room, (double volume with large picture window), games room
(with chess, pool table & dart board), fully equipped kitchen
and laundry. There are 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 people,
along with 3 bathrooms (main en-suite with spa bath & dressing
room). Sleeping facilities can also be arranged in the very large
games room, which is the highest room in the Villa with its own
patio & unobstructed views of the whole of Camps Bay & the
Table Mountain Nature Reserve. Each room is equipped with its own
TV, clock radio, heater, fan & hair drier. All linen, crockery
& cutlery are provided, except beach towels.A large remote controlled
double garage (with lots of storage), is directly linked to the
Villa. There is a superior remote controlled monitored security
system with armed response & a secured safe, for security.The
Villa is equipped with an integrated hi-fi, DSTV dish & video
system.
Directions to accommodation
Follow the overhead road directions to Cape Town, on the N2 freeway,
from the Cape Town airport. Follow the directions to the Cable Car
up Kloof Nek Road. At the top traffic circles, do not turn left,
but carry on straight to Camps Bay, down Camps Bay Drive.
The 3rd turn to the left is Fiskaal Road... turn left into Fiskaal
& continue for 200m. The road forks... turn left, which is a
continuation of Fiskaal Road. Watch the white line & follow
it... do not turn into the side roads!!!The last road at the top
is Theresa Avenue. We are Number 13 Theresa Avenue on the left hand
side... the stone wall & palm tree is lit up at night. Press
the intercom on the RHS of the driveway & we will open the motorised
gates for you.
